Por lo tanto, aquellos trabajadores que presten servicios en dichos d\u00edas \u00abcobrar\u00e1n la remuneraci\u00f3n normal de los d\u00edas laborables m\u00e1s una cantidad igual\u00bb, es decir se paga doble ese d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este caso el 1 de mayo si lo trabaj\u00e1s, tu empleador te lo debe pagar doble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Trabajador-de-comercio.jpg?resize=900%2C500&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38220\" style=\"width:910px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Trabajador-de-comercio.jpg?w=900&amp;ssl=1 900w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Trabajador-de-comercio.jpg?resize=300%2C167&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Trabajador-de-comercio.jpg?resize=768%2C427&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 son los d\u00edas no laborables?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Los d\u00edas no laborales responden a los mismos motivos que los feriados, pero la diferencia radica en que es facultad del empleador trabajarlos o no, y si el empleador decide trabajarlo ese d\u00eda se abona normal, es decir no se paga doble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En general, estos d\u00edas se identifican con conmemoraciones religiosas, como es el jueves santo en todo el pa\u00eds, y determinados d\u00edas para los trabajadores o empleadores que profesan la religi\u00f3n jud\u00eda o musulmana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sab\u00e9 que si ese d\u00eda tu empleador decide que no deb\u00e9s prestar servicios igual ten\u00e9s derecho a que se te pague la misma remuneraci\u00f3n como si hubieras trabajado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Las excepciones a la regla<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero como siempre, a toda regla hay una excepci\u00f3n ya que hay determinados rubros por ejemplo gastron\u00f3micos, servicios esenciales, lugares de esparcimiento donde el r\u00e9gimen legal que los regula contempla la obligatoriedad de prestar servicios estos d\u00edas por la naturaleza del rubro y tambi\u00e9n establece como se compensa sea econ\u00f3micamente o otorgando un franco compensatorio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre es importante que conozca la legislaci\u00f3n y convenio aplicable a tu rubro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Record\u00e1 que, si no te liquidan tus haberes conforme a derecho est\u00e9s o no registrado, asesorate siempre con tu abogado de confianza para resguardar tus derechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conocer tus derechos, es el primer paso para defenderlos.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valeria C.
