{"id":117057,"date":"2026-07-08T13:02:38","date_gmt":"2026-07-08T13:02:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/?p=117057"},"modified":"2026-07-08T13:02:40","modified_gmt":"2026-07-08T13:02:40","slug":"cordoba-creo-un-fondo-de-10-000-millones-para-financiar-emprendimientos-innovadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/cordoba-creo-un-fondo-de-10-000-millones-para-financiar-emprendimientos-innovadores\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3rdoba cre\u00f3 un fondo de $10.000 millones para financiar emprendimientos innovadores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El gobernador <strong>Mart\u00edn Llaryora<\/strong> promulg\u00f3 la ley que crea el <strong>Fondo Provincial de Capital Emprendedor<\/strong>, una herramienta destinada a financiar proyectos innovadores, empresas de base tecnol\u00f3gica e instituciones vinculadas al ecosistema emprendedor de C\u00f3rdoba.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La norma, publicada este martes en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial mediante el Decreto N.\u00ba 58, prev\u00e9 un financiamiento de hasta <strong>10.000 millones de pesos durante 2026<\/strong>, con recursos provenientes de una afectaci\u00f3n de hasta el <strong>0,5% de la recaudaci\u00f3n del Impuesto sobre los Ingresos Brutos<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de aportes p\u00fablicos y privados, nacionales e internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo del fondo es fortalecer el sistema provincial de innovaci\u00f3n, impulsar el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico, promover la investigaci\u00f3n aplicada y favorecer la creaci\u00f3n de empresas basadas en el conocimiento, adem\u00e1s de incentivar la participaci\u00f3n del sector privado mediante esquemas de coinversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ley establece que el Fondo podr\u00e1 otorgar inversiones, aportes, pr\u00e9stamos, reintegros y otros instrumentos de financiamiento para proyectos y emprendimientos que cumplan con criterios t\u00e9cnicos de evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la selecci\u00f3n de las iniciativas se conformar\u00e1 un <strong>Comit\u00e9 de Inversi\u00f3n<\/strong>, encargado de analizar los proyectos, junto con un <strong>Consejo Asesor Ad Hoc<\/strong> integrado por especialistas nacionales e internacionales del \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico y empresarial, que emitir\u00e1 recomendaciones t\u00e9cnicas en cada convocatoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La autoridad de aplicaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 designada por el Poder Ejecutivo provincial, que tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 reglamentar el funcionamiento del Fondo, definir los mecanismos de selecci\u00f3n de beneficiarios y establecer los sistemas de control y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta iniciativa, el Gobierno de C\u00f3rdoba busca consolidar un modelo de desarrollo basado en la innovaci\u00f3n, la tecnolog\u00eda y el conocimiento, promoviendo nuevas oportunidades para el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y la generaci\u00f3n de empleo de calidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El gobernador Mart\u00edn Llaryora promulg\u00f3 la ley que crea el Fondo Provincial de Capital Emprendedor, una herramienta destinada a financiar proyectos innovadores, empresas de base tecnol\u00f3gica e instituciones vinculadas al ecosistema emprendedor de C\u00f3rdoba.
