La medida alcanza a distintos barrios de Villa Mar\u00eda.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Municipalidad de Villa Mar\u00eda intensific\u00f3 los controles sobre terrenos bald\u00edos en el marco de la <strong>Ordenanza N.\u00ba 8231<\/strong>, que establece la obligaci\u00f3n de mantener estos espacios limpios y libres de malezas, residuos y otros elementos que puedan afectar la higiene, la seguridad o el ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En las \u00faltimas horas comenz\u00f3 la colocaci\u00f3n de <strong>carteler\u00eda informativa y preventiva<\/strong> en terrenos que fueron objeto de actuaciones por infracciones y cuyos responsables no realizaron las tareas de limpieza correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasta el momento, la intervenci\u00f3n alcanza sectores de los barrios <strong>Mariano Moreno, San Mart\u00edn, Padre Mugica, Malvinas Argentinas, Vista Verde, Los Olmos, Las Playas y Felipe Botta<\/strong>, aunque podr\u00e1 extenderse a otros sectores de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El procedimiento contempla el labrado de un acta ante la infracci\u00f3n y la intervenci\u00f3n del <strong>Tribunal Municipal de Faltas<\/strong>. Desde el Municipio aclararon que el pago de una multa <strong>no reemplaza la obligaci\u00f3n de mantener limpio el terreno<\/strong>, y que la limpieza tampoco elimina autom\u00e1ticamente una sanci\u00f3n ya aplicada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPuede haber expropiaci\u00f3n?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Ordenanza N.\u00ba 8231 contempla la posibilidad de iniciar un <strong>proceso de expropiaci\u00f3n cuando el incumplimiento persiste<\/strong>. Esta medida no es autom\u00e1tica y requiere cumplir el procedimiento establecido por la normativa, incluida la intervenci\u00f3n del Concejo Deliberante mediante una ordenanza que declare la utilidad p\u00fablica y la sujeci\u00f3n a expropiaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El secretario de Infraestructura y Desarrollo Sostenible, <strong>Rodrigo Fuyana<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el objetivo es que los propietarios regularicen la situaci\u00f3n y mantengan sus inmuebles en condiciones adecuadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cBuscamos que los propietarios tomen conciencia de la situaci\u00f3n y regularicen sus terrenos\u201d,<\/em> sostuvo, y remarc\u00f3 que se busca prevenir riesgos y mejorar las condiciones de seguridad, higiene y convivencia en los distintos sectores de la ciudad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Municipalidad comenz\u00f3 a colocar carteler\u00eda en inmuebles cuyos responsables no cumplieron con las tareas de limpieza.
