Esta iniciativa tiene por objeto asegurar la promoci\u00f3n del ejercicio pleno de sus derechos por parte del Estado Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta forma, el estado local les reconoce el derecho de trabajar en igualdad de condiciones con las dem\u00e1s personas, incluyendo el derecho a poder generar su propio sustento econ\u00f3mico, mediante un trabajo digno. En este sentido, deber\u00e1 mantener un porcentaje de empleados y empleadas trans\u2013no binarie no inferior a un 2% de su planta permanente y contratada, establecida por el porcentaje que habilita la Carta Org\u00e1nica Municipal, y que re\u00fanan las condiciones de idoneidad para el cargo en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este porcentaje deber\u00e1 cubrirse en el t\u00e9rmino de dos 2 a\u00f1os pudiendo ser prorrogable por un plazo igual por el Ejecutivo y promover oportunidades empresariales, de trabajo por cuenta propia, de constituci\u00f3n de cooperativas, de inicio de empresas propias. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sector privado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, se promover\u00e1 el empleo en el sector privado mediante pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que puedan incluir programas de acci\u00f3n afirmativa, incentivos y otras medidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se prev\u00e9 incentivar fiscalmente a empleadores\/as de personas trans-no binarie que sean contribuyentes de la tasa a la Industria, Comercio y de Servicios, que empleen a por lo menos a un 0,5% del total de su personal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obtendr\u00e1n una reducci\u00f3n en el pago de la Contribuci\u00f3n sobre Rodados, Contribuci\u00f3n sobre inmuebles y Contribuci\u00f3n sobre la Actividad Comercial, Industrial y de Servicios, mientras se mantenga dicho porcentaje de personas empleadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e1s reconocimientos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, se llevar\u00e1 adelante pol\u00edticas activas para lograr la inclusi\u00f3n total en la sociedad, a todo nivel, buscando principalmente la inserci\u00f3n ciudadana y laboral, protegiendo sus derechos y libertades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se promover\u00e1 la formaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de conocimientos de los\/as profesionales y el personal que en cualquier modo interviene en la promoci\u00f3n, garant\u00eda y ejercicio de los derechos de las personas trans\u2013no binarie y se asistir\u00e1 a quienes sean v\u00edctimas de cualquier forma de explotaci\u00f3n, violencia, trata o abuso, para su rehabilitaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, cognitiva y psicol\u00f3gica y su reinserci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li Sola\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda dos proyectos solicitando al Municipio que realice gestiones ante la Empresa Provincial de Energ\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica (EPEC)
