Establece que todos los empleados y empleadas de la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, en todos los niveles, deben capacitarse obligatoriamente en materia ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAl igual que lo hicimos con la Ley Micaela, vamos a sumar otra capacitaci\u00f3n para funcionarios y trabajadores de nuestra planta municipal\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el intendente interino, Pablo Rosso. Asegur\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que es necesario comprender \u201cque este tipo de leyes hoy van avanzando en la sociedad, que las estima convenientes y necesarias\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, Rosso ponder\u00f3 \u201cla repercusi\u00f3n que tiene la agenda ambiental en la ciudad, centrada en los j\u00f3venes, pero acompa\u00f1ada mayoritariamente por los vecinos y vecinas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecto a las capacitaciones, indic\u00f3 que en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas comenzar\u00e1n a llevarse a cabo, y que alcanzar\u00e1n en primera instancia a los funcionarios, tal como se hizo con la Ley Micaela que establece la obligatoriedad de la capacitaci\u00f3n en tem\u00e1ticas de g\u00e9nero y diversidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Villa Mar\u00eda es uno de los municipios del pa\u00eds que r\u00e1pidamente adhiri\u00f3 a la normativa, a d\u00edas de ser sancionada por el Congreso de la Naci\u00f3n a finales de noviembre pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"664\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/ley-yolanda-1.jpg?resize=1000%2C664&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31858\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/ley-yolanda-1.jpg?w=1000&amp;ssl=1 1000w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/ley-yolanda-1.jpg?resize=300%2C199&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/ley-yolanda-1.jpg?resize=768%2C510&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La norma es conocida como Ley Yolanda en reconocimiento a la labor de Yolanda Ortiz, quien fue la primera secretaria de Recursos Naturales y Ambiente Humano del pa\u00eds, durante el gobierno de Juan Domingo Per\u00f3n, en 1973.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ortiz, con el t\u00edtulo de doctora en Qu\u00edmica, fue la primera mujer en ejercer un cargo de estas caracter\u00edsticas en Am\u00e9rica Latina.
