Aqu\u00ed van algunas sugerencias para que tomes en cuenta.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Haz 4-6 comidas diarias, siendo fundamental el desayuno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> No saltarse las comidas porque tu metabolismo (tu motor quema grasa) se har\u00e1 m\u00e1s lento. Si la persona realiza menos de 4 comidas al d\u00eda, bajar\u00e1 de peso, pero mayormente de m\u00fasculo, por eso cuando se pesan notan que bajan r\u00e1pido, porque el m\u00fasculo que se pierde pesa 3 veces m\u00e1s que la grasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El m\u00fasculo trabajado ayuda a quemar GRASA, prevenir lesiones, mejorar la postura, est\u00e9tica corporal, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3<\/strong>. Elimina o reduce alimentos refinados (golosinas, facturas, pastas, etc.) e incorpora alimentos integrales (carnes blancas y rojas, verduras, frutos secos). Date como m\u00e1ximo 2 comidas permitidas en la semana en cantidad moderada. Cocina al horno u plancha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Consume prote\u00ednas. Te mantienes lleno por m\u00e1s horas. La fibra genera saciedad, disminuye el estre\u00f1imiento, colon irritable, hemorroides, ayuda a prevenir enfermedades cardiovasculares y c\u00e1ncer de colon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6<\/strong>. Toma previo a las comidas un vaso de agua para llenarte m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7<\/strong>. Mastica bien los alimentos. El cuerpo desde la primera ingesta tarda aproximadamente 20 minutos en mandar la se\u00f1al de saciedad al cerebro, as\u00ed que respeta las comidas para no llegar con tanta hambre y comer lentamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8<\/strong>. Elimina o reduce las gaseosas, ya que el az\u00facar que contiene es much\u00edsimo, pudi\u00e9ndote producir diabetes, caries, debilita los huesos, altera la ansiedad, aumenta el colesterol malo y disminuye el colesterol bueno, baja el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, genera obesidad, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9.<\/strong> Elimina o reduce el alcohol, porque cuanta m\u00e1s graduaci\u00f3n alcoh\u00f3lica tenga la bebida, m\u00e1s calor\u00edas aporta, entorpece la absorci\u00f3n de nutrientes y aumenta el apetito. Ejercicios. Combinar Aer\u00f3bico (caminar a ritmo r\u00e1pido, trotar, bicicleta, bailar), con ejercicios Anaer\u00f3bicos (aparatos, musculaci\u00f3n). Los ejercicios aer\u00f3bicos ayudan a quemar grasa durante el ejercicio mientras que los anaer\u00f3bicos aumentan tu metabolismo con lo cual vas a estar quemando calor\u00edas durante varias horas post-entreno,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, con aparatos, al mejorar tu musculatura, har\u00e1 que tambi\u00e9n tus m\u00fasculos usen m\u00e1s calor\u00edas para abastecerse, quemando m\u00e1s grasa. Si no puedes ir a una nutricionista, apenas arrancas la dieta y actividad f\u00edsica, m\u00eddete la cintura y a la semana vu\u00e9lvete a medir.
