pueda ir al fuego, disponer el az\u00facar y la manteca, calentar a fuego medio hasta que la preparaci\u00f3n caramelice, en ese momento incorporar all\u00ed las presas de pollo previamente condimentadas a gusto, y dorarlas en forma pareja de todos lados, en ese momento incorporar los jugos de las naranjas y el de lim\u00f3n, revolver con cuchara de madera, y agregar el agua, el caldo y la ralladura de naranja, cocinar destapado a fuego medio aprox. 40 minutos. incorporar all\u00ed el licor de naranjas que se tenga en ese momento y cocinar durante 5 minutos m\u00e1s.
