class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br \/><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n Fermento:<\/strong><br \/>Disolver la levadura en la leche tibia, agregar al az\u00facar, mezclar muy bien, tapar con film y dejar espumar aproximadamente por 15 minutos.<br \/><br \/><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n Amasijo:<\/strong><br \/>Tamizar juntos la harina y la sal fina, hacer una corona y en el centro disponer el az\u00facar restante, el huevo, yemas, esencia, extracto de malta, revolver con cuchara de madera todos los elementos centrales, agregar el fermento, y comenzar a mezclar con otros ingredientes.<br \/>Agregar la crema de leche y la manteca, comenzar a amasar con mucho trabajo, logrando un bollo de masa tierno, que no se pegue en las manos, golpear varias veces con fuerza, tapar con nylon, y dejar leudar, hasta que duplique el volumen inicial. Retirar, golpear nuevamente, estirar en forma de rect\u00e1ngulo, y en el centro disponer la fruta picada grandecita. Comenzar a arrollar y amasar para distribuir parejas las frutas. Dividir el bollo en dos partes iguales, y acomodar en moldes de papel, tapar y dejar leudar hasta el borde del molde, pincelar con huevo batido, cocinar en horno moderado (160\u00b0 a 180\u00b0) de 40\u2019 a 45\u2019; retirar y cubrir con fondant.<\/p>\n<p><em>Nota: Por qu\u00e9 no atreverse y hacer un pan dulce de chocolate. Para ello reemplazar 100 gramos de harina (de lo que indica el amasijo) por 100 gramos de cacao amargo especial. Respetar el procedimiento conforme a lo sugerido y finalizar cubriendo con fondant e hilos de chocolate.<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-58a04b9 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default
