Utilizar preferentemente cazuela de barro u olla de doble fondo, y en ella disponer la manteca con un chorrito de aceite; agregar los ajos picados finamente, incorporar las anchoas picadas y continuar la cocci\u00f3n unos minutos m\u00e1s, incorporar la crema y continuar la cocci\u00f3n removiendo con cuchara de madera de vez en cuando.
