class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n<p>Abrir las pechugas y acomodarlas sobre papel film o aluminio, aplastarlas un poco y condimentar con los condimentos sugeridos. Sobre estos disponer una feta de jam\u00f3n crudo, el queso rallado, rodajas de huevos duros, zanahorias ralladas, morrones asados cortados en tiras. Espolvorear con el polvo de la gelatina sin necesidad de hidratarla.<br \/>Arrollar formando matambritos individuales sujetos con palillo, envolver en el papel elegido (aluminio o film), hervir en abundante agua en la que se habr\u00e1 disuelto un caldito de verduras. Dejar enfriar en su propio caldo, retirar y quitarle el papel. Presentar como plato caliente con pur\u00e9 de papas o papas fritas, y en tal caso se puede presentar como fiambre junto a ensaladas a gusto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OBSERVACI\u00d3N: <\/strong><br \/>Cuando detallo la lista de ingredientes a utilizar en esta receta, sugiero que los pimientos morrones sean cocidos (que pudieran ser los de lata que conoce como al natural). Pero yo lo invitaba que los hiciera asados a la llama: para ello lavarlos (sin cortarlos previamente) pincharlos con un tenedor y de esa forma exponerlos a la llama directa hasta que la piel de los mismos se quema y comienza como a hacer globos. Ret\u00edrelos, deje que pase el calor fuerte y luego proceda a pelarlos y limpiarlos retirando las semillas. Utilice lo sugerido para la receta y al resto, d\u00e9jelos macerando con bastante ajo picado, hilo de aceite (preferentemente de oliva) sal y un toquecito de pimienta. T\u00e1pelos y conserve en la heladera, son un excelente aliado para acompa\u00f1ar cualquier carne cocida. <br \/>Es m\u00e1s pr\u00e1ctico hacerlos a la parrilla o al horno, pero en lo personal considero que tienen otro sabor.
