El intendente Mart\u00edn Gill, junto con el presidente de Trenes Argentinos, Mart\u00edn Marinucci, inauguraron la obra de puesta en valor de la Estaci\u00f3n de Tren Villa Mar\u00eda. As\u00ed recuper\u00f3 su arquitectura original el edificio p\u00fablico m\u00e1s antiguo de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luego del corte de cintas frente al cartel nomenclador que identifica a la Estaci\u00f3n, Gill se refiri\u00f3 a la importancia del tren para Villa Mar\u00eda y la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPara nosotros esta obra tiene un valor muy especial, porque el ferrocarril marc\u00f3 la historia de la ciudad. Fue uno de esos elementos que hizo que nuestra ciudad fuera creciendo, fue s\u00edmbolo del progreso\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEsta Estaci\u00f3n estuvo a punto de caerse, de desaparecer, pero el Gobierno nacional decidi\u00f3, no s\u00f3lo en Villa Mar\u00eda sino que en muchas partes del pa\u00eds, ponerla de nuevo de pie, para volver a tener una Estaci\u00f3n de Trenes con el esp\u00edritu aquel, pero nueva\u201d, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A su turno, Marinucci expres\u00f3: \u201cCuando me dicen que el sistema ferroviario es deficitario, yo les digo que lo que buscamos es la rentabilidad social, recuperar ese patrimonio, y volver en poner de pie un transporte accesible, econ\u00f3mico, al que todos y todas puedan acceder\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estuvieron presentes la directora de Trenes, Eliana Gramija; el gerente general de Operaciones de Trenes Argentinos, Marcelo S\u00e1nchez; la legisladora provincial, Nora Berdano; el presidente del Concejo Deliberante, Pablo Rosso; representantes del Ente Nacional de Obras H\u00eddricas de Saneamiento ENHOSA; concejales y secretarios del Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal e integrantes de la Asociaci\u00f3n Amigos del Ferrocarril, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Puesta en valor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La renovaci\u00f3n de la Estaci\u00f3n de Tren Villa Mar\u00eda tuvo como principal objetivo conservar el estilo arquitect\u00f3nico y el valor hist\u00f3rico del edificio original, mediante intervenciones que radicaron en garantizar su funcionalidad y brindar mayor seguridad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este sentido, tanto en el interior como en el exterior de la infraestructura, se trabaj\u00f3 en el reemplazo de aquellos elementos que pudieran generar riesgos para pasajeros, trabajadores, vecinos y vecinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como parte de las principales tareas llevadas adelante, se destaca el remplazo total del antiguo techo que fue sustituido por estructuras m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidas y livianas. Para ello, fueron retiradas las anteriores tejas y colocadas otras que fueron recuperadas del techo de la vieja sede del Hospital Pasteur, hoy Centro C\u00edvico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al mismo tiempo, la obra incluy\u00f3 el recambio de pisos y aberturas, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n la adecuaci\u00f3n integral de la instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica. En funci\u00f3n de ello, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la renovaci\u00f3n total de luminarias, lo que permiti\u00f3 dotar de mayor seguridad al espacio con un renovado sistema lum\u00ednico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este orden, se trabaj\u00f3 en el acondicionamiento de ba\u00f1os y en la creaci\u00f3n de sanitarios de acceso universal. Tambi\u00e9n bajo criterios accesibles, se crearon rampas en el interior, en las galer\u00edas y en la entrada al edificio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es as\u00ed, que de ahora en adelante la Estaci\u00f3n contar\u00e1 con una sala de espera de pasajeros, y oficinas completamente remodeladas, una nueva boleter\u00eda, \u00e1reas para el personal y cocina.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
