Se puede espolvorear con harina o fotar con aceite de oliva para que no se pegue al hierro y lograr un exterior m\u00e1s crugiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este manjar naci\u00f3 a partir del cruce entre el culto italiano por el queso y el argentino por el asado. Su nombre provendr\u00eda de la<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><em>villa de\u00a0Munster\u00a0(Alto Rin)<\/em>, localidad y comuna francesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, hay quienes consideran que el queso Munster nace en la \u00e9poca de Carlo Magno cuando los monjes cristianizaron la regi\u00f3n, aportaron su conocimiento en la producci\u00f3n de quesos. Siguiendo esta hip\u00f3tesis\u00a0el nombre del queso Munster derivar\u00eda de \u201cmonasterio\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las diferentes creencias,\u00a0lo cierto es que el queso Munster existe desde que los monjes irlandeses y los benedictos italianos se asentaron en los Vosgos. Al igual que muchos quesos, el queso Munster\u00a0<em>fue creado para conservar la leche excedente. <\/em>M\u00e1s tarde, comenz\u00f3 a utilizarse como medio de pago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El queso franc\u00e9s Munster, tambi\u00e9n llamado Munster-G\u00e9rom\u00e9, es\u00a0beneficiario de una AOC (Appellation d\u2019Origine Contr\u00f4l\u00e9e) desde el a\u00f1o 1969.\u00a0 La diferencia entre el Munster y el Munster-G\u00e9rom\u00e9 es la vertiente de los Vosgos de donde procede: En el este se denomina \u201cMunster\u201d y en el oeste \u201cG\u00e9rom\u00e9\u201d, siendo este \u00faltimo m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy, la mayor parte de su producci\u00f3n se encuentra en manos de los nativos de\u00a0<em>los Vosgos<\/em>. Es producido a partir de leche de vaca pasteurizada.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/queso-munster-2.jpeg?resize=1024%2C768&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-85889\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/queso-munster-2.jpeg?w=1024&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/queso-munster-2.jpeg?resize=300%2C225&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/queso-munster-2.jpeg?resize=768%2C576&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tradicional queso Munster es elaborado a partir de la raza aut\u00f3ctona, tra\u00edda desde Escandinavia en el siglo XVIII.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antiguamente el perfume de los altos pastos se percib\u00eda en la leche y el queso obtenido a partir de ella.&nbsp;Con la pasteurizaci\u00f3n de la leche de vaca ya no se logra un aroma vegetalf\u00e1cil de apreciar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El queso Munster\u00a0es depasta blanda.\u00a0Su masa no es sometida a prensado y cocci\u00f3n.\u00a0 Se obtienen de forma cil\u00edndrica de 2,4 a 8 cm de altura y un peso que var\u00eda de 450 gramos a 1,5 kilos. La corteza es lavada con salmuera.
