{"id":88951,"date":"2024-01-24T12:31:07","date_gmt":"2024-01-24T12:31:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/?p=88951"},"modified":"2024-01-24T18:40:49","modified_gmt":"2024-01-24T18:40:49","slug":"hoy-cocina-lucre-arrollado-de-pollo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elregionalvm.com.ar\/noticias-villa-maria\/hoy-cocina-lucre-arrollado-de-pollo\/","title":{"rendered":"[Hoy Cocina Lucre] Arrollado de Pollo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hoy compartimos una receta s\u00faper f\u00e1cil &#x1f469;&#x1f3fb;&#x200d;&#x1f373; y pr\u00e1ctica para estos d\u00edas de calor!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrollado de pollo que lo podes tener listo en la heladera&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No te olvides de usar lo que tengas en la heladera como relleno!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-dec2df438f790519b159d745a2f9d18b\"><strong><em>Lucrecia Gaido <\/em><\/strong><br>Seguime! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/hoycocinalucre\/\">HOY COCINA LUCRE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ARROLLADO DE POLLO!&#x1f357;&#x1f357;&#x1f357;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f49b; Coloca en la procesadora:<br>2 pechugas y 1 cebolla cortada en cubos, sal , pimienta, un toque de mostaza y 1 huevo.<br>Procesar un poco, no tanto!!!que se noten los trocitos de pollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f49b; Coloca un trozo de papel film sobre la mesada (tama\u00f1o rectangular) y expandir la mezcla de pollo, ahora viene la mejor parte! Utiliza todo lo que te imagines para rellenar!!! Yo utilice acelga, zanahoria, pimiento, queso y jam\u00f3n cocido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f49b; Espolvorear con un poquito de sal o un caldito en polvo (el que tengas en casa). Enrolla con la ayuda del papel film, hasta lograr un cilindro, esconde las puntas hacia abajo y volve a cubrir con otro papel film (para asegurarnos de que no se va a abrir mientras se cocina), coloca en un molde apto para microondas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x26a0;&#xfe0f; No te olvides de pinchar un poco el arrollado antes de cocinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f49b; Cocinar con el 100% potencia por 15 minutos. Dejar reposar 10 minutos m\u00e1s.<br>Tambi\u00e9n se puede cocinar al horno, as\u00ed envuelto sobre una placa por 30 minutos a fuego medio.
