Es importante tener presente, el m\u00e9todo de cocci\u00f3n y la salsa que predomina.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se recomienda aquellos vinos que contengan la menor cantidad posible de sustancia t\u00e1nica. En caso que se utilicen frutas, se aconseja a mezclar con vinos de taninos dulces, es el caso del vino Syrah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vino syrah y sus caracter\u00edsticas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La syrah, tambi\u00e9n conocida como shiraz en algunos pa\u00edses, es una variedad de uva que ha ganado fama en el mundo de la enolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Originaria de la regi\u00f3n del R\u00f3dano, en Francia, esta uva se ha convertido en un componente esencial de muchas bodegas de renombre en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La temperatura de consumo es importante. Los pigmentos como el tanino, aunque presente, tiende a ser suave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Longevidad<\/strong>: tienen un gran potencial de envejecimiento. Algunos ejemplares pueden madurar durante d\u00e9cadas, desarrollando una mayor complejidad y suavizando astringencia con el tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ahora caracterizamos al cerdo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un plato interesante es el preparado con un lomo de cerdo rociado con piment\u00f3n, asado a fuego lento.
